Swimming naturally strengthens your feet and legs. It improves circulation and allows better blood flow to your lower extremities. But there is always room to improve, Mobility in your feet is essential for a full range of motion. And remember, strong feet help create strong legs.



Why is it so important?


Improved foot strength, flexibility and mobility in swimmers can have significant impact. Strong ankles and feet are crucial to having a powerful kick. Allows for maximum propulsion off the block. Enables a stronger push off the wall. generates power through the turn and into breakout. Creating a better range of motion can improve wall to stroke transition. But perhaps most importantly, foot strength helps prevent foot and leg injuries.
