Ways To Improve Freestyle At Home

There are two ways you can work on at home that are impactful to helping your swimmer be stronger in the water- flexibility and core strength. Here are a few exercises you can do while watching television!

FLEXIBILITY

Any type of stretching or muscle strengthening exercises are excellent ways to increase swimmer's flexibility and improve freestyle.

CORE DEVELOPMENT

In my experience nothing is as beneficial to swimmers of all ages or skill levels as improved core strength.
