creamsicle protein shake

  • 1/2 cup orange juice (I like the low acid variety)

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 (5.3 ounce) container plain Skyr

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 5 ice cubes

Combine orange segments, zest, milk, yogurt, protein powder, ice, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth.
