No, not the grocery store but real actual foods! Whole, organic, naturally grown food is truly the

next step in advancements for swimmers, but it is also the next step in living longer, healthier lives.

The chemical process of altering what we eat is attributed to cost saving measures, includes refining ingredients, removing nutrients, and adding artificial substances. Some of these processes have been directly linked to cancer and obesity. If we want to do better for our kids, the best thing we can do is to change the way we eat.

Cooking is our way to better health.

As the saying goes, nothing good is ever easy. What I am suggesting is a lifestyle change. Back to cooking and eating like our great-grandparents did-

unprocessed whole food!
