Best Summer Time Snacks

1) Guacamole & Chips

2) Watermelon

3) Trail Mix

4)Skyr Yogurt (High protein Icelandic style yogurt)

5) Roasted Chickpeas (Try sprinkling them with dry ranch dressing packet before baking!)


4 avocados

1-2 limes

2-3 tbsp fresh cilantro- chopped

1 small onion

1-2 fresh garlic cloves- chopped

fresh jalapeno or hatch green chili

salt & pepper to taste

Mix everything together in a small bowl. Great on pretty much EVERYTHING!
